This website presents our jewelry collections and brand information. We do not sell products or accept payment directly on this website.

2. Purchases through third-party marketplaces

Our products are sold only through authorized third-party platforms. International customers can shop via Amazon; customers in Mainland China can shop via our Tmall flagship store, Douyin shop and JD.com store. Other channels (such as TikTok Shop) may be added over time.

When you click a purchase link you are redirected to the relevant marketplace. Pricing, availability, order processing, shipping, tracking, returns, refunds and warranties are handled solely by that marketplace under its own terms. CULTURE REPUBLIC is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for the marketplace's website, payment processing or delivery.

3. Product and materials information

Information on this website is provided for general reference. Most of our pieces are made of 925 sterling silver with an 18K gold or rhodium finish, set with lab-created cubic zirconia; selected styles also include natural materials such as mother-of-pearl or turquoise, or freshwater pearls. The exact materials are stated on each item. Plated jewelry naturally requires the care described on our Jewelry Care page, and colors and natural stones may vary slightly in person. Cubic zirconia is a man-made stone and is not a diamond.

All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, photographs, images, graphics, logos, video and the CULTURE REPUBLIC name — is owned by or licensed to CULTURE REPUBLIC and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
